We manage a portfolio of furnished and unfurnished properties available for annual rental in Verbier and Le Chable. We also offer good value summer rentals from May to October / November for those looking to stay on after a winter season.
The rent for an annual rental property is paid per month in advance and we usually require a damage deposit equal to 2 or 3 months rent.
Demand for annual rentals is high and all our properties are currently rented.
