We know, the last thing you want to be doing after a day on the slopes is to take part in an apres-ski fitness session. But, before you turn away, the highly qualified instructors at Mountain Beach Fitness Retreats aims at ‘propelling performance and making the most out of your ski or snowboard holiday’.
Even if you’re not one for skiing but love to take part in fitness classes such as yoga and pilates, then these sessions are just for you. The location of the class can either be at your own Verbier accommodation or outdoors on the snow – this is the perfect time to wind down in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.
